I
signed up for Pay Pal but I want to use a shipping address that's different
from my billing address. When I attempted to order PayPal had some ominous
rumblings about trying to specify a "non-verified" address. Should I just
ignore those, continue with the PayPal and email you?
Yes, just go
ahead and ignore that message and email me the shipping address you would
like the product sent to.
How
much is shipping?
Shipping varies depending on how many products you order, size and how
you want it shipped. Currently I use USPS Media Mail which ships 4 to 7 days.
I can also use Priority Mail but the Post Office has increased the price
making
it in some cases expensive.
Here are the current
shipping rates:
• 1.00 to 9.99 = 2.95 shipping & handling
• 10.00
up to 100.00 total = 4.95 shipping & handling
• any sized combat mat, battle mat or megamat = 6.95 shipping & handling
• International shipping varies from 18.95 on up depending on destination and weight of your order. Shipping to Canada tends to be cheaper however.
• Any order 100.00 or higher the shipping is FREE! Please note free shipping is for domestic orders only.
Do
you ship to military bases?
Yes, I do! The only difference is I have to ship military orders via Priority
Mail as it would take months to get to you otherwise. Because of that, the
shipping is more than Media Mail shipping. However, if you order a 100.00
or more the shipping is free!
When there is an addition to the shipping cost I will email and let you know.
Do
you ship internationally?
Yes! So far I've shipped items to Australia, Canada, Israel, Japan, Singapore,
and various countries in Europe.
International rates average about 18.95 US dollars for 1 to 3 9"x12" books.
It takes about 4 to 7 days to ship.
How
do you pack your items?
I pack items in cardboard boxes using Styrofoam pieces for protection.
For magazines and smaller books I use bubble envelopes with stiff cardboard
inserts. Combat mats are packed in mailing tubes which are great for storing
the mat when not in use.
How
fast do you get orders out once you receive them?
Usually I get them out in a 2 to 4 day turn around or faster if I have
the items in-stock. Please note that some orders can be delayed due to availablity
of some items.
How
fast does it take to receive my order?
Usually it takes 3 to 7 days depending on where you live. If you would
like overnight shipping I can do that as well but it raises the shipping
costs.
Can
I order items that I know are available but not on your site?
Yes, I can order anything for you that is in stock with my distributors.
If it hasn't been released yet I can pre-order it for you. Check out Alliance
Games for gaming products. I also use Diamond Comics Distribution's catalog
known as Previews for ordering new product.
Do
you offer any kind of "Return Policy" in case I may not like something
I've purchased?
Yes, I do. Here's how it works:
- A return must be set up within 7 days of receiving the item.
- If an item is being returned because it was damaged in shipping I need to
know about it as soon as you receive it.
- I will *not* take a return on a damaged item if you don't notify me when
you receive it.
- Returned damaged items can only be exchanged for the same item.
- I will take returns on items if they are in sellable condition (ie. something
I can re-sell).
- I can only give "store credit" for returned
items.
- I cannot pay for return shipping unless the item is being returned due to
a damage.
- I cannot take returns on special ordered items (ie. items I don't normally
carry)
- I cannot do refunds for pre-ordered items but I can do store credit if an
item is late in availability.
- Returns are all subject to my approval.
Do
you offer any kind of subscription services for comics?
Yes, I do. To set up a subscription I need a minimum of five regular titles
that you want pulled. You can have as many titles on your list as you like.
I then need a valid credit card number to use as a source of payment. Once
that is set up all I need is how often you'd like your titles mailed to you.
You can also use Diamond Comics Distribution's monthly catalog known as Previews
for ordering new product.
How
do you get your items so fast? I've
been to other sites and they don't even have some of the books you have in
stock yet.
I stay in contact
with my suppliers on a daily basis finding out when items are going to be
released. My distributor always ships items so they arrive on their release
date given by the manufacturer. I also talk to many manufactuers directly
finding out release dates and information that hasn't been posted yet. It's
my job. :)
